This is clickbait greenwashing imo, if you click-through the website, they still use Zinc and Magnesium for the chemistry/electrodes which isn't much different than lithium. They also claim these metals are natural as they're found in our food and bodies... well so is lithium to some extent.

Has any thought been given to what happens if a kid swallows one of these batteries? I'm wondering if they're better or worse than swallowing a typical tiny cell battery.
Sodium ion showed up a year or two ago and you can buy them on Amazon as 12v lead acid replacements, 18650s are also available but the voltage range is different from normal lithium.
