If you instead count Hyundai and Kia as one and count Stellantis as one, Tesla is also #14. That's because Hyundai and Kia both outsell them so counting them as one would moves Tesla up, but each Stellantis brand is below Tesla but combined are above it, so combining them moves Tesla down.
