My thought is, what's different about this website compared to every other uptime checker?
The only differences I see, is that it's much more simple, and that it keeps websites that are down highlighted on the homepage.
I would suggest looking at other uptime or downtime checkers, see what you like about them, and what features don't they have that you can implement.
